First Career - Learning how to get it right first time

Our company is called Reboot - The Cambridge English Dictionary defines this word as a verb - the ‘act of making a new and interesting version’ and that’s what we look to do with our clients.

However, what if we started earlier and showed more and more job entrants into the world of work the best way of working?

Reboot thinks this is a challenge worth taking.

In 2015, our director Gill was asked to write a book about the place of work. This sparked her interest in developing core (or soft) skills from day 1 of a career and this continues today where the First Career Programme is available to employers who want to support new staff by showing them how to become the best they can be.
